Friends, honestly I was also confused between 8171 and 9771. Everyone on TikTok was saying different codes. So last night I decided to find easy and exact code for fuel relief. First I tried wrong number and it failed, then I corrected it which truly working. If you are from KPK and have a bike, read this carefully, I will tell you the exact method that worked for me.
Look, many websites are saying 8171 is for fuel relief. That was old federal program for BISP families. But this new program which is viral nowadays on TikTok with 146K likes, this is KPK government's own program and its code is 9771. Not 8171.
9771 is for KPK only. You need to send your CNIC, bike number, province letter K, and date. Government will give you 20 liters per month with Rs 100 discount per liter. Means you save Rs 2000 every month. For a bike like 70cc, 20 liters means almost 1200 KM - Full month ka petrol easily cover ho jata hai.
I am from KPK side and I own bike number LJ 81*1. So I tried it. First I sent REG with LG 81*1 by mistake because on number plate L and J look similar at night. System replied in Urdu - "Registration nakam - barah karam sawari ka number aur sobai code check karen" - Matlab bike number galat hai. Then I checked my book again, it was LJ not LG. I sent again with LJ and it worked!
I know many of you will ask what is 12-12-2019? Friends, this is the date written on my bike registration book. Some people saying it's engine number date, some saying chassis date. But in my case I used the date which was on my smart card - 12-12-2019. It worked.
Breakdown simple words main:
- REG - Just write REG in capital - Start with REG
- CNIC - Your 13 digit CNIC without dashes - For privacy I am showing 17301XXXXXX - You write your full CNIC
- Bike Number - This is most important. My bike is LJ 81*1. First I wrote LG 81*1 and it failed. Then LJ 81*1 succeeded. So check your number plate properly. Also try without space like LJ81*1
- K - K means KPK.
- Date - DD-MM-YYYY format - Use dashes - I used 12-12-2019
I sent REG 1730122334456 LG 81*1 K 12-12-2019 to 9771 at 9:14 PM. After 4 minutes, at 9:18 PM reply came: "Registration nakam - barah karam sawari ka number aur sobai code check karen" - Means failed.
Then I corrected and sent REG 1730122334456 LJ 81*1 K 12-12-2019 to 9771. Within 1 minute, at 9:19 PM reply came: "Mahana 20 liter ke liye registration kamyab - Token ke liye TOK likh kar bhejen"
As per SMS, I sent TOK to 9771. Immediately reply came with token. My token number was 1577489125, bike LJ81*1, fuel 5.00 liter, valid till 21:19 27-Sep.
Aap ki sawari ka number LJ81*1 hai.
Fuel 5.00 liter
Aap ka token 21:19 27-Sep tak qabil e istemal hai.
I blurred last digits of token for safety. Don't share your full token publicly, warna koi aur use kar lega.
Now I have token, next day I will go to PSO pump near Ismaila which has 9771 banner. I will show them token SMS. They will enter token in their machine. Then they will give 5 liter petrol with Rs 100 discount per liter. Normal price if Rs 280, I will pay Rs 180 per liter. So for 5 liter, I will pay Rs 900 instead of Rs 1400. Save Rs 500 on the spot.
⚠️ Important For KPK Bikers - Don't Share Full Details
Friends, please don't share your full CNIC like 1730122334456 or full token 1577489125 on Facebook or TikTok. I did by mistake in screenshot, now I blurred it. Scammers can misuse. Always blur last 6 digits.
Problem 1: Registration Failed - Sawari Ka Number Check Karen
This is most common. Like my LG vs LJ mistake. Solution: Check your bike registration book, not number plate.
Problem 2: Token Not Coming After TOK
Sometimes network delay. Wait 5 minutes. If still not coming, send TOK again.
Problem 3: Pump Says Token Invalid
Check expiry - 21:19 27-Sep - If date passed, token expired. Get new token.
Yes friends, 9771 is 100% real. I tested it myself at 10:52 PM night with my bike LJ 81*1. First failed due to my mistake, second succeeded. Got 20 liter monthly approval and 5 liter token.
