How Salary Increase is Calculated in 2026
In Budget 2026, Government of Pakistan announced 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance for BPS 01 to 16 and 15% for BPS 17 to 22 on running basic pay. The increase is calculated on your current basic pay, not on gross salary. After increase, your gross salary will also increase because house rent and other allowances are linked to basic pay scale.
