Should you start a Blog?

One of the misconceptions about starting a blog is that you need to be a good writer to be successful. Nothing could be further from the truth. People read blog sites to get their opinion on things, so many bloggers write in a completely casual style and discussion.

And because of the format, many successful bloggers will write about different topics on the same blog.

Plus, you don't have to be an expert on any of the topics you write about in order to have a successful blog. For example, cook blog visitors do not want to read a book from a food scientist, they want to hear what happens to a real chef, mistakes and everything.

To be successful as a blogger there is only one requirement: love your article.

At its core, blogging is about sharing your knowledge with the world. Writing about your interests makes the process of starting a successful blog much easier. As long as you write about things you are really interested in, your love will shine and keep your visitors interested.

Now why run into a blogging problem? There are a few reasons:

  • Share your story. A blog allows you to have a voice and be heard. You can share your story with the rest of the world if you choose to. One of the most common ways to use blogs is like a diary where a blogger writes about their daily experiences so that friends, family, and others can be a part of their lives.

  • Make money at home. Blogging can be a great help if done right. Top bloggers in the world are obviously earning less, but even a temporary blogger can expect to make a good profit if things are done well. The best part about it is that blogging is a virtual venture, because you can spend a few hours a week writing a piece of content and continuing to benefit from it long after the writing is complete. I go into more details on how to blog later in this guide.

  • Your recognition or your business. No, you probably won't have the paparazzi following you because of your recent post. But a successful blog makes your idea more realistic, and can get you a tone of recognition in your field. Many bloggers are known as experts because of their blogs, while others have received book and movie deals based on their blogs.

  • Find the community. Blogging in his heart works together. You write a post and people comment on it. This is a great way to connect with people who are interested in the same things as you. Blogging allows you to educate these people based on your experience, and also gives you the opportunity to learn from your students as well.

 Step 1 for the guide

What is a blog anyway?
In short, a blog is a type of website that focuses mainly on written content, also known as blog posts. In popular culture we often hear about news blogs or celebrity blog sites, but as you will see in this guide, you can start a successful blog with just about any topic you can think of.

Bloggers often write about their views that allow them to communicate directly with their readers. In addition, many blogs also have a "comment" section where visitors can interact with the blogger. Collaborating with your visitors in the comment section helps to promote communication between blogger and student.

This direct contact with the reader is one of the main benefits of starting a blog. This connection allows you to share and share ideas with other like-minded people. It also allows you to build trust with your readers. The credibility and honesty of your readers also opens the door to monetization on your blog, which I will discuss later in this guide.

The good news is that the internet is exploding with growth right now. More people are online now than ever before. This explosion of growth means potential readers for your blog. In short, if you are thinking of starting a blog then there is no better time than now.

Let's start your blog!

How to Create a Blog Complete Guide

Step 1: Choose a blog name

If you are unsure how to name your blog, or any topic you can write about, skip to the next section.

If you already have an idea for the name of your blog, you can check to make sure no one else has already used to it, so follow that:

  • After Choosing a name for your Blog.

  • Login through your Gmail account

  • Click on Create Blog

So if name available as yourblogname.blogspot.com [Follow images]

Note: You cannot use any spaces or punctuation marks without dashes in the domain name.

  • Number or Dashes: Try a different numbers/Dashes extension. If the required domain is already registered.

For example, this site is registered touchtogain.blogspot.com instead of touchtogain.blogspot.com

Put a dash between the words/any number. For example, touch-to-gain.blogspot.com or use any number as
touch2gain.blogspot.com.

How to Choose a Blog Title and Name [Also about Domain]

If you find that the name you are looking for has already been taken there are a few things you can do:

Try a different domain extension. If the blog is already registered you can still get the .net or .org version of the name.

Enter fewer words. Words like “Trick Pk”, “trick”, or “pk”.

For example, this site is called trickpk.com instead of trick-pk.com

If you do not have a word already, the first step is to choose your blog title.

If you're not sure what to blog about, here are a few ways to find a great blog post:

  • Life experiences. Everyone has lessons learned from life experiences. Sharing this information can be very helpful in similar situations. For example, I recently helped a woman start her own blog by becoming a fire fighter. He has a lot of knowledge and experience to share with others on this topic, and it has helped him to communicate with others in similar situations.Think about your own experiences in life. This could be related to your family (for example: a blog about staying at home mom), work (a blog about customer experience), or some other life experience (a blog about dealing with a stressful time like illness or divorce, or a fun time like preparing for marriage or child birth).

  • Personal blog. A personal blog is a blog about you. This will include a variety of topics, from everyday activities, to random thoughts and thinking. This is a great way to share your thoughts with the world without sticking to a single topic.

  • Hobbies and Passions. Recreational activities or hobbies are a good place to start. Cooking, travel, fashion, sports, and cars are all ancient examples. But even blogs about hidden entertainment can be successful, because your audience is actually anyone in the online world.

Once you have a topic it's time to choose your blog name, also known as your domain name.

A good blog name should describe it so that potential visitors can quickly say what your blog is about just appearing in the name.

If you are blogging on a particular topic you will want to include that in some way when choosing a domain name. Try not to hang on just one word. For example, a cooking blog does not have to have the word "cooking" on it. The words “food”, “recipes”, and “food” will also let people know that your blog is about cooking.

If you are planning to create a personal blog where you discuss various topics I recommend using your name, or a variety of them, because your blog is about you. For example, I own a blog trickpk.com. You can also add your middle or middle name if you find that your name has already been taken.

Once you have some ideas for words you will need to choose a domain extension.
The .com domain extension is very popular, but .net or .org also works. It’s also important to note that for the purpose of a blog domain you can’t have spaces between words. So "Trick Pk" become trickpk.com

Find your blog online

Now that you've got the word it's time to get your blog online. This may sound complicated or technical, but the steps below will guide you directly and make the process easier.

Simple steps to help you build a blog easily To get your blog working you need two things: blog hosting (also known as web hosting) and blogging software. The good news is that these are often put together.

Content That Must Be On Your Blog

There are two main types of content your blog has to offer: Static and Dynamic content.

Static/Solid content: Your blog should contain a few required pages that are clearly designed to provide the visitor with the tools they need. The content on these pages is stagnant, mean - the content does not change, or at least not often. These are especially high quality pages that can be accessed through the menu on your blog.

These pages of static content must be well placed before you can launch your blog in the world.

Important static pages to include:

  • About Me (Us) - This page should include a summary of the author's story (s) and a mission statement. Consider the answers to these questions: How did your love for this subject grow? What do you want to convey to the world? What is your ultimate goal?

  • Contact Me (Us) - The contact page gives the visitor access to the author, which in turn gives the visitor the assurance that he or she is a genuine and accessible author. You can add your local address, phone number, and custom email address. Or you can use a simple contact form to keep your identification information private. You should put links to all your social media profiles here.

Apart from your blog, which is usually presented on the home / main page, these two most important pages should appear in your top menu (header) and easily accessible. You can view the top of this page to see how I put these pages in the main menu. See this detailed guide to customizing your blog menus if you need help.

Some static pages are equally important but are rarely considered:

  • Disclaimer Page: If you intend to monetize your blog, you should describe the ways in which you intend to monetize. This is a must-have page that should be ignored, according to FTC guidelines. For example, if you negotiate and approve a product, and represent the profit by linking to the product, this relationship should be disclosed.

  • Privacy Policy: If you collect data from your visitors in any way, you need to add a privacy policy page that tells visitors exactly how you collect data, use it, and whether you share that data. If you use a Google Adsense or Google Analytics account on your blog, the Privacy Policy must be applied. This page is required by the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and is automatically added to your Blogger blog.

  • Terms of Service: If your blog also has a store or sales service, it is a good idea to have a Terms of Service page to reduce your debt.

These required static pages are linked to the blog's foot menu. They should, at the very least, be visible and accessible on the home page. Also, look at the bottom of this page to see how this look works.

There are some static pages you can choose to include depending on what fits your blog and your business. Typical examples of a standing page are a paid advertising page, a donation page, a visitor's guide page to your favorite links within your field, and a comment and content submission page.

Powerful/Dynamic Content: Your powerful content is your blog and the most important content you have to contribute. This is where you, as the creator, will put up a blog about your informative content product that gives your audience informative tips, facts, ideas and stories. This is how you engage your guests and keep them coming back for more.

Your blog's content should be submitted periodically. Months of waiting to create content will never create the following. Posting weekly content and driving traffic to these posts will help build your brand.

How to write great blog content

Each post should be long, informative, and engaging. It’s not always easy to come up with new ideas for regular blog posts and you’re free to mix tone even with the issue of keeping things alive and interesting. It's your space, after all. But there are a few things that each content should try to include.

Describe Content: Create an interesting post title that arouses curiosity and encourages click-through. Use the first section of your post to clearly define the title of your article and provide a potential hook to keep the reader reading.

Remote Better - But Separate: The more information and details you enter, the better. But visitors will start the scheme if the content contains long sections that are about a mile long, and they will exit faster than they entered. Visitors enjoy a meal. Keep your sections short with spaces in, use lists and layouts, use pictures, and always include headings and subheadings so visitors can find what they want.

Include The Reader: At the end of each post, a common strategy used to engage visitors asks a meaningful question to your audience and asks them to respond to comments. This simple measure can increase engagement tenfold.

Original content: Your content must always be original. Never copy - you will end up being called to it and you may face consequences. Your content should come from your heart, your brain, your knowledge base, and your knowledge. You can get the idea ideas from others in your territory, but make sure the content comes from you.

Original photos: While it's easy to include stock photos from free photo sites, it's best to include your own photos and click functionality. Another idea is to take free photos and use them with a free photo editor.

Organize Your Work: The content of your blog should be well organized. Nothing means inactivity like most typographical and grammatical errors. If you need a few grammar refresher courses, consider using a writing system.

Publishing Your Blog
Even if you have written a post your blog may show a proxy page.

How Promote your blog?

Creating a well-designed blog and writing great content is just the beginning. To get visitors to your blog you will need to spend some time promoting it, especially when you are just starting out.

The tips below will help get your blog in front of more readers. You do not need to use every strategy - try a few and see what works best for you.

Inform Your Inner Circle
The first people to know about your blog are your inner circle. This includes family, friends, and colleagues within your field. Encourage them to become followers, ask them to name your new blog, and - most importantly - thank them.

Use Social Media
communication promotion
While you don't want to exaggerate, you still want to create accounts with "biggies" like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram. You should post a link to your new content in your accounts, but you can also post relevant news and links to other sources that your readers may find interesting. Don't forget to use hashtags and engage with your fans!

One of my favorite ways to bring visitors to my blog is to post links to my social accounts, such as Facebook and Twitter. This is great, because your friends not only see the link, but when your friends share the link with their friends it automatically increases your visitors. If you have created high quality content on your blog social media is a way for your blog to go viral.

Comment on other Blogs
Find other blogs in your community and join them. Using the comment section, introduce yourself, and leave some interesting and constructive comments. Many will let you leave a link to your blog. After establishing relationships with prominent bloggers in your community, you will soon find yourself among them.

Engage with your guests
When your readers leave comments on your posts, stay in touch with them. Answer their ideas and questions, give them "likes" and confirmations. When it is clear that the author is concerned about his or her community and reading, visitors are naturally encouraged to return.

Collaborate with other bloggers
Participate in your blogging community by working with respected members of your field. Partnerships include posting visitors, promoting each other's blogs and products, and regularly interacting with comments and social media.

Always Post
Post content regularly. Create an editing calendar and stick to it. Good blogger posts at least once. If you have long errors between posts, your followers will drop and your growth will be severely disrupted. It’s not easy to post by program, but it’s something you have to stick to completely.

Make money with your blog

Once you put in the effort to create great blog content and promote your blog, monetizing your blog is actually the easiest part.

Blogs have the potential to be extremely profitable, but do not assume that you will start making money in the first week, or in the first month. It can take six months to a year to start seeing a steady income cycle. Blogging takes work and dedication, but once you have developed a large enough audience, there are several ways you can make money with your blog.

Sell advertising space
Once you have a popular blog, advertisers will be looking for you with an advertising opportunity. The best way to use this feature is to use Google Adsense. Google finds your advertisers and all you have to do is put the Google Adsense code on your blog to start advertising. Google Adsense removes all hard work out of the process and cuts the check.
I go into full details on how to set up Google Adsense for your Blog here.

Sell communication products
A collaborative program is a commission-based approach to advertising. When one of your readers clicks on a link to your blog, they are redirected to the advertiser's site and receive a commission when they make a purchase. The affiliate links are a great way to earn money through product reviews. However, you should remember to disclose that you are a member of the product.

Selling Products and Services
Selling your products and services directly on your blog is a great way to increase your income. As your blog grows and you begin to see a wider audience, your products and services will begin to sell.
Use the sidebar of your blog to enhance the visibility of your sales using visual images and a link to your store's front page.

Sell digital downloads
Ebooks, video tutorials, and e-courses are the most widely used digital items sold by bloggers. Without going overboard and with no shipping costs, you can keep the price low and inviting.
If you have a lot of experience in your field, the ebook can write itself. Try it, you can surprise yourself!

Sell memberships
Another way to make money is by creating membership options on your blog. This allows you to offer members the most exclusive content available only for paid membership. For example, you can provide unlimited digital downloads, free consultations, a private network or forum where members of the public can mingle and interact, with private content available to members only.

There are many ways a blog can be used to like and traffic. Choosing how to make money on your blog depends on your goals and the purpose of your blog. Those who sell services, tangible goods, and digital goods, for example, may not want to participate in affiliate programs where traffic can be lost elsewhere.
