Hi, my friend online, so when I started blogging I was a little confused with the Tang and Screwdriver icon that formed the x symbol on my blogger, at first I thought there was an error or something was wrong with my Blog settings, until I finally searched here and there to find a solution that could done to remove the icon. So the Screwdriver and Pliers icon or what is commonly called Quick Edit or Quick Editing is an icon that when clicking on the icon, you will immediately be able to edit part of the widget.
How to Remove Quick Edit Icon From Blogger
Here I will provide 3 Ways to Eliminate Quick Edit on Blogger.
Eliminate Quick Edit Icon with Add CSS
Go to Blogger.com.
Click Themes >> Edit HTML.
Add the code below just above the code ]]> </ b: skin>

Eliminate Quick Edit Icon by Removing CSS
Go to Blogger.com.
Click Themes >> Edit HTML.
Look for the code below.

Please delete all of these codes. Then please, buddy Save the theme.
Eliminate Quick Editing by Disabling Quick Editing Buttons.
Log in to Blogger.com
Then click Layout and on your Blog Posts click the Pencil sign .
Then on Show Quick Edits it is unchecked.
